Privacy policy

When you create an account or sign in, we process your email, hashed password (if you register with email) or your Google account identifier if you use OAuth, plus verification and session timestamps.

During onboarding we store the profile you define: experience, roles of interest, target companies, and digest frequency preferences.

We use Stripe to charge subscriptions. Stripe processes payment details; we store customer and subscription identifiers, status, and period dates — not your full card number.

We record product events (signup, sign-in, onboarding, payment, clicks) with PostHog using user or session identifiers. We do not store passwords or full payment form contents in those events.

The site may process basic technical data (IP, browser type, date and time) for security, diagnostics, and operations.

We use your data to authenticate you, personalize the job digest from your profile, send transactional and digest email with Resend, charge and manage the subscription, measure product usage, and protect the service.

Digest roles come from vacanteslat.com. TellMeJobs is not an employer or recruiter; we forward aggregated opportunities that match your profile.

We keep information as long as needed to run the account, subscription, security, and compliance.

We use Google (OAuth sign-in), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (product analytics), Railway (hosting), and vacanteslat.com (job source). Each has its own policies.

Clicking a role may take you to an external site. We do not control how those sites handle information you share when you apply.

You can unsubscribe from the digest from the email link or in the app. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account by writing to [email protected].

If you cancel in the Stripe portal, we stop charging per plan rules; the account may remain until you ask us to delete it.
